    • Xiaodong Liu, Ph.D, Associate professor of National University of Defense Technology, TC member and co-founder of UbuntuKylin and openKylin community. Research interests mainly focus on open-source software and operating system. The open-source UKUI desktop environment project led by him has been included in the repositories of 11 Linux distributions including Debian, ArchLinux, Ubuntu, Fedora, and openSUSE. He is passionate about promoting open source concept and culture in China, and was awarded the title of "Open Source Pioneer of China" in 2022.
